During our period of development GCI, (GuangCheng International) has become a powerful brand within GuangCheng education (est. 1996) because of its individualistic nature, and its non-traditional effective creative approach.
Foreign professional English Teachers: GCI prides itself on having professional teachers with ESL teaching certificates, experience, and training acumen. Esteemed groups such as UNESCO have helped train our foreign staff to teach in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) environments. Abundant teaching experience helps them to create naturalistic phonic teaching styles as well as applicable real world situations to improve retention.
Our Teaching Style: Studies have shown that GCI’s particular teaching style of naturalistic phonics has worked better than the traditional Chinese teaching style. This style combined with our teachers’ focus on multiple intelligences theory forms a new style that shies away from rote learning and focuses more on communication/application of language rather than memorization.

To fully understand the basic situation of training institutions, including the course arrangements, is imperative. The teaching management team must be professional, and it must have a good reputation within in the training industry. Environment is an important factor in the student’s growth, so where a student learns, and what facilities the training centers have in regards to creating a safe, educational, motivational, and educational environment is crucial. Parents are advised to carefully read and understand the methods in which their child is being educated.
To fully understand how to gauge the teaching materials of the training school, consider the use of the materials in regards to teaching conditions within the training class and multimedia applications. If a training school does not even have these basic conditions met, teaching quality and teaching effectiveness may be a problem.
Training classes are meant to only play a role reviewing content taught by their schools, choosing a good training course can be more effective, but the student absolutely cannot completely rely on it. In the whole process of education, review is the most important factor of their understanding of knowledge, as practice leads to mastery, but education also relies on their own hard work.
